Refund policy

Returns

  • You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was defective or an incorrect item was sent. 

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 60 days of delivery.
  • You can exchange for a different size, color, or product variant of equal value.
  • If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll offer a refund or store credit instead.
  • To start an exchange, contact our support team (support@evolvfishing.com) before sending your item back.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used or damaged items.
  • Clearance or final-sale merchandise.
  • Digital gift cards.

 Defective or Incorrect Items

 If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@evolvfishing.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can come to a quick resolution.

 Refunds

  •  Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified by email.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
