1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- During high-volume times such as sales, holidays, or product drops, processing may take an extra 1–2 days.
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our manufacturing shop.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Free Shipping is available on U.S. orders over $75 before tax.
Expedited options and international express shipping are available at checkout where applicable.
3. International Orders
- Evolv Fishing ships to most countries worldwide.
- International shipping rates and available carriers will be shown at checkout.
- Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and are collected by your local customs authority.
- We are unable to mark shipments as “gifts” or falsify customs values.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
International tracking updates may experience delays depending on the destination country.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
- Evolv Fishing is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs clearance.
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please email support@evolvfishing.com within 7 days of delivery (include your order number and photos of any damage). We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping information is correct before completing checkout. Evolv Fishing is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
