Tried various options on rods, tried the simple and cheap options probably like everyone else and the hooks get stuck frequently in that braided mesh and the eyelets poke through eventually. Then tried a couple of the other companies neoprene socks, but they were heavy and bulky and fit really loosely. The EVOLV sleeves both Baitcast and Spinning are just the best. Fit is nice and snug but I can still fit my musky rods with oversized guides in just fine no problems. The protection is such that I'm not afraid to throw the rods in the back of my truck on a fishing trip. The tip protection is maybe the best feature, the tips rest nicely into the plastic piece on the end adding further protection to the most often broken part of a rod.
The custom color options and choices of lengths means you don't have to settle for a universal one size doesn't fit all approach... get the one you want and how you want it!

Nothing to dislike with this! Absolutely love it! If you're on the fence about getting one, just do it!!
The only reason I go with 4 starts is that I think the diameter of the Spinning Rod Sleeves entry can be a little bit wider, it is hard to pass by the first ring and also hard to take out. Baitcaster sleeves are perfect.
Besides that, quality is excellent! Love them
